Essential Functions | | | Priority | % Time | • | Performs image and audio acquisition, editing and publishing of videos to expand the reach of the county’s message and connect with the target audience in a unique way. | 1 | 60% | • | Leads the brainstorming and planning process for video projects, developing plans that clearly state project goals, participant roles, intended audience and the defined message. | 2 | 20% | • | Schedules video shoots with staff, stakeholders and partners. | 4 | 10% | • | Works with other Communications Office staff to effectively place and promote the videos on social media, the web and other Wake County channels. | 5 | 5% | • | Manages and maintains production gear, editing workstation and studio. | 6 | 5% | | | | | | | |
