Knowledge, Skills and Abilities | • | Create visual elements such as logos, illustrations, website graphics, brochures, posters and other printed materials, motion graphics, infographics, digital presentations, signage and environmental graphics using advanced design principles in typography, color theory, scale and composition. | • | Ability to concept designs that are both artistically interesting and engaging while effectively communicating information and ideas to reach the target audience. | • | Proficient with current design software such as but not limited to Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, illustrator, After Effects, Microsoft Office suite. Advanced knowledge of digital photo editing and optimization for print, digital and web delivery. Experience with prepress setup for digital and offset press printing. Working knowledge of video-editing software such as Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro, HTML and CSS preferred. | • | Experience working independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues and clients. | • | Familiar with the creative process, open to sharing ideas, critique and direction, and a willingness to make changes to designs. | • | Identify and execute all steps necessary to move projects from concept to completion. | • | Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting desired deadlines determined by vendors and clients. | | | |
