Essential Functions | | | Priority | % Time | • | Maintains a successful Foster Program by coordinating the placement of eligible animals into the WCAC Foster Program. Coordinates eligible animals and foster participants using social media, email and phone calls. | 1 | 40% | • | Manages the administrative tasks of the Foster Program. Processes applications and Shelter Buddy foster transactions. Responds to emails, develops and revises protocols and policies, participates in off-site events and provides backup for the Transfer and Volunteer/Outreach Coordinators. | 2 | 40% | • | Recruits, trains and retains Foster Program participants to ensure a sufficient number are eligible for foster animals | 3 | 20% | | | | | | | |
