Essential Functions | | | Priority | % Time | • | Maintains a successful Transfer Program by coordinating placement of eligible animals into the Wake County Animal Center Transfer Program, through the coordination of eligible animals and Transfer Program participants using social media, email and phone calls. | 1 | 45% | • | Manages the administrative tasks of the Transfer Program. Processes applications and Shelter Buddy transfer transactions. Responds to emails, develops and revises protocols and policies, maintains up to date Transfer Program documentation for participants and provides backup for the Foster and Volunteer/Outreach Coordinators. | 2 | 45% | • | Recruits, trains and retains Transfer Program participants to ensure a sufficient number for eligible transfer animals | 3 | 10% | | | | | | | |
