Serves as the subject matter expert in a technical area for a work group. | 1 | 20% | • | Analyzes business processes; recommends improvements; documents procedures and evaluates effectiveness (continuous quality improvement). | 2 | 20% | • | Responds to citizen complaints in accordance with applicable procedures. Prepares documents for project compliance/enforcement and conducts enforcement action in accordance with approved procedures, applicable rules and regulations/ordinances. | 3 | 20% | • | Provides guidance, coaching and training to other employees in the work group. | 4 | 20% | • | Consults with builders, developers and contractors concerning construction/permitting related issues.
