Supervises field staff to ensure expected level of customer service. Conducts research and collects samples and data related to groundwater complaint investigations. Enforces Groundwater Protection Regulations. Consults with residents concerning well inspections, sampling, down hole video investigations and advice. Coordinates Well Contractor Registration Program and provides training and outreach to well contractor community. | | | | | | | | |

Reviews work output including daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reports. Coordinates QA/QC with Onsite Wastewater to ensure consistent application of well rules. Assists staff in proper enforcement of laws and regulations. | 1 | 30% | • | Evaluates suitability of sites for well construction. Establishes permit conditions. Inspects wells during and after construction for compliance with regulations. | 2 | 30% | • | Provides technical assistance for well problems, water testing recommendations, and test interpretation. Investigates well water complaints. Identifies potential remedies based on site-specific conditions.
