Investigates complaints and disease outbreaks to reduce or eliminate the risk of additional spread or injury. Educates external partners (operators, managers, etc.) by synthesizing technical knowledge. Conveys compliance messages to a wide range of operators requiring explanation or interpretation with understandable public health reasoning. | 2 | 20% | • | Investigates complaints and mitigates solutions for matters that have potential to majorly impact health and safety. Resolves complaints using skills obtained through advanced education and practical experience to effect prompt and appropriate response. | 3 | 10% | • | Permits existing facilities when they comply with NC DHHS regulations.
