Operates sweeper truck, sweeper scrubber, power tools (blower, power washer, vacuum), using hand tools to clean all hard surfaces. Collects and removes trash from containers at designated locations. Performs janitorial duties such as mopping, cleaning, and polishing windows weekly. Maintains exterior fixtures and finishes. | | | | | | | | |

Maintains records of personal and team activities. Records time worked in the online timesheet (ESS) provided for County employees. Additional Responsibilities | • | Responds to adverse weather events and emergency response operations as required for essential employees. Clears and removes precipitation (snow and ice) and debris from facilities after severe weather. Operates snow removal equipment, plow trucks, spreaders, power brooms, blowers, and other commercial equipment. Applies brine, salt, and deicing compounds; operates hand held power equipment; utilize common hand held tools such as snow shovels, brooms, push spreaders, etc. Installs and recovers barricades, cones, and other safety equipment. Cleans up and restores county properties after damage due to natural events, civil protests, or other unplanned events. | | | |

Employee may be required to fill a temporary assignment in a role different from standard duties, work hours and/or work location in preparation for, during and after the emergency.
