Essential Functions | | | Priority | % Time | • | Reviews land use petitions, zoning and subdivision submittals to ensure completeness. | 2 | 25% | • | Provides support in the development of reports and presentations used for recommendations to Planning Board for approval or denial of requests. | 5 | 5% | • | Conducts site visits to determine compliance with the zoning regulations.
