Essential Functions | | | Priority | % Time | • | Prepares appropriate working papers to document Child Care Subsidy audit work performed, as well as written reports of tentative findings and recommendations for improvement - Attendance Compliance reports, Provider and Client fraud investigations, and expenditures. Initiates and enforces provider sanction procedures, including attendance compliance. | 1 | 30% | • | Supervises, plans and participates in office support, administrative and program related activities for a program. Interviews, selects and trains staff. Discusses job performance concerns with employees to identify causes/issues and to work on resolutions. Participates in performance reviews. Determines staff schedules and resolves staffing issues. | 2 | 25% | • | Manages and monitors Child Care Subsidy budget. | 3 | 20% | • | Manages vendor enrollment and business processes for Child Care Subsidy (CCS) Program and serves as a backup to cover Program Auditor staff absences. | 4 | 15% | • | Maintains effective relationships with internal and external partners and staff. | 5 | 10% | | | | | | | |

Additional Responsibilities | • | Attends unit, division, agency and county meetings; participates in division and section workgroups | • | Completes county and program trainings, both optional and required. | • | Attends provider hearings and completes hearing summaries, as applicable. | • | Prepares GAX submittals and processes paybacks thru Advantage. | • | Serves as Security Officer for Division. | | | |
