Essential Functions | | | Priority | % Time | • | Writes specifications and prepares bids or requests for service by submitting advertising requests. Evaluates proposals and bids and recommends best purchase. Assists vendors in completing applications and answering questions. Works with vendors to ensure specifications are met. | 2 | 30% | • | Monitors vendor performance and long term contracts for compliance and problem solving.
