Designs staffing and billing models that optimize service delivery and reimbursement collection for services by working closely with the Budget Unit and with Division Directors and Program Managers within the organization. Builds relationships with partners who contribute to the ultimate goal of increasing revenue collection within the Divisions of Social Services and Public Health. | | | | | | | | |
Essential Functions | | | Priority | % Time | • | Develops strategies to maximize revenues. Ensures timely receipt of federal, state and grant revenues. Oversees fiscal reporting and reimbursement requests. | 1 | 30% | • | Oversees the activities of accounts receivable to ensure the accurate and timely management of all accounts receivable aging components including billings, cash receipts applications, etc.                                        | 2 | 25% | • | Reviews collection reports to determine the status of collections and the amounts of outstanding balances. | 3 | 10% | • | Assists the practice manager and program managers with any projects related to billing or accounts receivables. | 4 | 10% | • | Ensures satisfactory on-going monitoring of depository/Treasury Management accounts/services to clients by working closely with Treasury Management and deposit operations. Serves as Treasury Contact.
