Essential Functions | | | Priority | % Time | • | Oversees contracted vendors. Develop performance expectations guaranteeing safety, compliance and high quality customer service. Manage outcome and establish accountability. Ensure vendor compliance. | 2 | 40% | • | Manages procurement Process for the ordering, tracking, dispositioning. This includes managing grants to ensure compliance and appropriate expenditures | 3 | 10% | • | Advocates for community transportation. Actively participate on the Transportation Advisory Board and other boards as needed. | 4 | 10% | • | Manages the Safety Security Plan process daily and recommend modifications as needed. | 1 | 40% | | | | | | | |
