Essential Functions | | | Priority | % Time | • | Coordinates systems for recruitment, evaluation and placement of all non-paid staff (interns, volunteers) at Wake County Human Services (WCHS). | 1 | 30% | • | Maintains donation systems and related vendor-based budget expenditures for three seasonal assistance programs. | 2 | 30% | • | Maintains relationships with key university partners regarding the training of students and participation in research by Wake County customers or staff. | 3 | 10% | • | Facilitates research proposal reviews with public health/clinics and other divisions as required, including review of related WCHS protocols. Assures risk management and liability compliance in these systems. | 4 | 10% | • | Supervises Seasonal Assistance Coordinator position. | 5 | 10% | • | Acts as Hearing Officer for Administrative Disqualification Hearings from Economic Social Services Division. | 6 | 10% | | | | | | | |
