Leads projects that enable the Department to deliver valuable solutions to the community, drive operational efficiencies, and promote a culture consistent with the core values. Provides feedback and guidance that influence the decisions regarding the operations of the Department, both internally and externally. Exercises considerable initiative with wide latitude for independent judgement in a highly visible role. Represents the Department Director as needed.
