Essential Functions | | | Priority | % Time | • | Oversees organizational functions of the County including mental health and hospitality investments. | 1 | 40% | • | Provides financial oversight of assigned operational areas including contract negotiation and oversight, budget development, long-term financial planning and policy development. | 2 | 20% | • | Engages with community agencies and intergovernmental partners regarding operational areas, organization priorities and community needs/issues. Provides information and assistance to community organization as needed. | 3 | 20% | • | Provides complex administrative assistance and support to the County Manager and Board of Commissioners. Assists the Board in responding to inquiries and/or requests for information from the citizens. | 4 | 5% | • | Serves on the executive team reporting directly to the County Manager.
