Assists in the management of a network that is a partnership of HIV prevention and care providers across an eleven county region. Essential Functions | | | Priority | % Time | • | Coordinates Network Care & Prevention in Region 6- prevention funds grant for the eleven county partnership that is the network. Creates reports and provides data collection, feedback and analysis for the use of the prevention’s programs. | 1 | 50% | • | Contributes to Wake County Human Services with quality improvement activities and with data collection and reporting activities as they relate to Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) and regional prevention efforts. Identifies, seeks and writes grant proposals for prevention funding for the region. | 2 | 30% | • | Coordinates PrEP services in Region 6: Works with prevention partners in coordination of PrEP services in the area. Provides guidance and supervision to the Peer PrEP Navigator in connecting persons at risk with HIV to PrEP services. | 3 | 20% | | | | | | | |
