Essential Functions | | | Priority | % Time | • | Coordinates the care of clients with guardian of person and with others involved in client's care. | 1 | 20% | • | Provides direct contact to clients as requested by the guardian representative. | 2 | 45% | • | Completes all paperwork/documentation - day sheets, time sheets, etc. | 3 | 10% | • | Accompanies and/or shops for clients | 4 | 15% | • | Handles moving client’s belongings and maintaining county vehicles. | 5 | 5% | • | Completes all required and recommended trainings | 6 | 5% | | | | | | | |
