Essential Functions | | | Priority | % Time | • | Healthcare Financial Management: Optimizes revenue through evaluation and improvement of business practices. Monitors revenues compared to expenses and provides reports to leadership. Advises leadership of opportunities for enhanced funding or revenue and make recommendations regarding service addition, changes or discontinuation. | 1 | 30% | • | Implements Clinical Practice Management Model: Evaluates policies and procedures to identify opportunities for increased efficiently, cost effectiveness and revenue enhancements. Ensures maintenance of a data dashboard related to clinical operations. Optimizes technology. Establishes consistent standards and business practices across all clinics. Participates in the Public Health Strategic Planning process. | 2 | 30% | • | Supervises Clinical Operations Assistant Division Director, Pharmacy Director, Laboratory Manager, WIC Section Manager and assigned administrative support. Facilitates regular clinic business meetings. Ensures that staff are appropriately trained and are in compliance with public health law. | 3 | 25% | • | Ensures Compliance with Regulations and Contractual Obligations: Monitors legislation and analyzes potential impacts from rule and policy changes.
