Primary Purpose

Serve as initial line of support for IS staff members. Provision new accounts and modify existing ones as needed. Work with other team members to troubleshoot advanced issues as needed. Provide support to other team members in support of implementation and upgrades.

Provide primary support queue triage for the Enterprise Support & Collaboration Team and work with desktop support staff to troubleshoot Notes and MS Office 365 account issues

Provision, license, and apply security group membership for new Notes and MS Office 365 accounts

Modify existing accounts licensing and security group membership as requested

Maintain training for existing platforms and keep up to date on changes to the platforms

Position(s) may perform other duties in addition to the above as assigned by management.

 

*IMPORTANT* In the event of an emergency, as determined by the County Manager or designee, participation in preparedness and response operations should be expected. Employee may be required to fill a temporary assignment in a role different from standard duties, work hours and/or work location in preparation for, during and after the emergency. Employee may also be required to participate in relevant exercises and regular preparedness training.

Qualifications


Required Education

•

Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related field


Required Experience

•

Two years of experience in information systems support


Qualification Equivalency

•

Equivalent education and experience are accepted
