Design, develop, maintain, and support interfaces needed for the ERP in primary or secondary role. Develop and maintain documentation of all interfaces including managing discussions with system managers when new interfaces are needed. Provide technical support for all ERP applications. This involves determining if a problem occurring is something we have control of in the county and/or raising a ticket to the managed service vendor. It also includes working with the vendor and the business owner to troubleshoot issues and ultimately resolve them. Serve as the ERP security administrator to add and remove employees and grant access to applications in accordance with the eWake Security Policy in primary or secondary roles and maintain database of positions and roles based on those positions and review annually with Finance and HR System Managers. | | | | | | | | |

Understanding of common information architecture frameworks and information models. | | • | | Comprehensive experience developing and maintaining interfaces to and from an ERP using Interface Mapping tools such as IBM DataPower, MuleSoft, Action (Pervasive) Data Integrator, Pegasystems, or Red Hat Fuse. This includes utilizing intermediate to advanced SQL querying skills in an Oracle or Microsoft SQLServer environment in the interface development process. | | • | | A software development background with preferred experience in javascript, J2EE and .Net Framework/Core, and experience with source control providers and processes. | | • | | Experience architecting solutions using API and services-based architectures. | | • | | Knowledge of encryption protocols like SSL and TLS and how they are used in file transmission and email associated with ERP and Enterprise Content Management systems. | | • | | Experience in digital transformation from both a business and technology perspective. | | | | | | | | |
