Essential Functions | | | Priority | % Time | • | Ensures County follows technology and PCI-related industry requirements and practices while conducting business. Reviews contracts that involve online payments and payments by bank cards to ensure appropriate guidelines are followed and the County's risk is minimized. Schedules site visits to business units to conduct equipment and process audits. Monitors service providers, merchants, and vendors to ensure PCI compliance. Evaluates, develops, and implements system functionality related to online, mobile, and payment card transactions. | 1 | 70% | • | Develops and maintains PCI compliance training. Assists Finance staff in creating/loading other Finance training (i.e. various policy and procedure training). Works with HR to develop scripts, videos, manuals, etc. Deploy, assign, monitor, and report on scheduled training, following up with Finance/County staff as needed. | 2 | 15% | • | Assists in the management of daily operations of the department's ERP system, especially as it relates to Vendor Self Service. Load bi-weekly invoice file in PayPoint application. Engage with selected vendors to develop business processes, test scripts, and produce training materials. | 3 | 15% | | | | | | | |
