Essential Functions | | | Priority | % Time | • | Develop and implement an organizational change management methodology to create conditions for a smooth transition to change and promote maximum enthusiasm to adapt to the change. | 1 | 20% | • | Create tailored change management plans with respect to training and orientation to accommodate the needs of different stakeholder groups impacted by the change. | 2 | 15% | • | Prepare and deliver communication and marketing plans for major technology initiatives including news releases and articles, feature stories, tips, guides, instructions, how-to documentation and training curriculums for non-technical audiences. | 3 | 30% | • | Develop department specific communications, examples include: the annual business plan, budget material, performance measures, award entries, technical policies, and internet/intranet content. | 4 | 25% | • | Solicit feedback to assess the success of the change management activities and behavior changes so that they align with strategic objectives. | 5 | 10% | | | | | | | |
