Ensures compliance with federal, state and county policies, procedures, and guidelines. Ensures productivity through evaluation of ongoing analysis of staff caseloads, conduct regular meeting and individual conference to ensure the programmatic and agency outcomes are met. Maintains relationships with other agencies and organization to explain and interpret program purpose and policies. | | | | | | | | |
Essential Functions | | | Priority | % Time | • | Provides leadership and supervision over Department Program Auditors as it relates to the prevention, detection, prosecution and enforcement of over issuance and overpayments. Ensures compliance with federal, state and county policies, procedures and guidelines. | 1 | 30% | • | Conducts second party reviews to ensure quality and accuracy of established claims. | 2 | 30% | • | Oversees appropriate actions on claims, local and state hearing to ensure investigation time standards are met per federal, state, and county guidelines. | 3 | 10% | • | Oversees data in NC Fast, Lotus Notes, and Hearing Database for appropriate information to track timeliness and payments. | 4 | 10% | • | Conducts investigations for state referrals and vacant caseloads. | 5 | 10% | • | Provides staff support thorough effective supervision, coaching, and performance management. | 6 | 10% | | | | | | | |
