Essential Functions | | | Priority | % Time | • | Provides oversight, leadership and direction for the Program Integrity Unit to include the investigation and prevention of suspected fraud and/or overpayments in Food and Nutrition Services, Work First, Special Assistance, Medicaid, Child Care Subsidy, Emergency Assistance, and Housing Community Revitalization programs. | 1 | 55% | • | Conducts Local Treasury Offset Program (TOP) Reviews to ensure debts are legally enforceable. | 2 | 15% | • | Reviews accounts referred to the Legal Department to determine whether legal action is appropriate and to otherwise identify potential legal, compliance, or internal policy-related issues with respect to such accounts.                                       | 3 | 10% | • | Compares work completed with milestone expectations, to meet program and unit objectives. | 4 | 10% | • | Provides staff support through effective supervision, coaching and performance management. | 5 | 10% | | | | | | | |
