Essential Functions | | | Priority | % Time | • | Supervises a shift of telecommunication staff and the operations of emergency communications. | 1 | 20% | • | Assists in scheduling shifts, submitting time records and approving timesheets. | 2 | 20% | • | Answers incoming emergency and non-emergency calls. Dispatches requests for service.
