Coordinates strategic business planning, develops information and assists in the execution with primary emphasis on business plan development, resources allocation, financial management, performance measurement, personnel administration, property management and computer technology. | | | | | | | | |
Essential Functions | | | Priority | % Time | • | Prepares and administers the business plans and office budget. Reviews and justifies funding requests. Prepares bids and specifications and manages contracts within the budget framework. Supervises the payroll and classification system, ensuring that all new employees have completed required documents. Handles staff needs. Develops and maintains fiscal policies, procedures and practices. Maintains cost structures, cost accounting and financial management reports. | 1 | 40% | • | Maintains inventory of all fixed assets including fleet. Inventories supplies and works with departments to ensure that facility needs are met. | 2 | 30% | • | Manages all grants through the process from initial research through audit. | 3 | 20% | • | Manages the information technology system.
