Essential Functions | | | Priority | % Time | • | Manages, plans, organizes, administers, reviews and evaluates work of Sergeants, Deputy Sheriffs, and non-sworn staff engaged in public safety and related services and activities. | 1 | 40% | • | Reviews staffing requirements for adequate distribution. Ensures staff maintains certifications. Reviews work schedules and assignments. | 2 | 30% | • | Assesses needs of supervisors to meet future workloads and goals.
