Essential Functions | | | Priority | % Time | • | Provides direction and supervision to rental assistance team, social workers and community partners. | 1 | 30% | • | Accomplishes program goals, objectives and overall compliance with all program requirements and regulations. | 5 | 20% | • | Facilitates program orientation for clients and their service providers. | 6 | 5% | • | Reviews, prepares, approves and submits payment requests, monthly recurring rents, utility allowances and other program related expenditures to the department business team. | 3 | 20% | • | Coordinates contract and vendor set up with process with property owners and/or management companies and WC Finance. | 4 | 10% | • | Participates in agency response to HUD inquiries and audits | 2 | 5% | • | Reviews and approves rent reasonableness analysis | 7 | 5% | • | Oversees the coordination of HUD HQS; reviews and distributes inspection reports; Reviews and approves invoices | 8 | 5% | | | | | | | |
