Essential Functions | | | Priority | % Time | • | During Maternal and Child Health Nurses’ home visits, interprets for the Spanish-speaking patient by translating conversations from English to Spanish and Spanish to English | 1 | 85% | • | Provides secondary interpretation support to Wake County Human Services Health Clinics as the schedule permits. Provides relevant information to Spanish-speaking patients such as providing directions for appointments to Human Services Health Clinics | 2 | 10% | • | Calls patients to arrange home visits and health education classes.
