Essential Functions | | | Priority | % Time | • | Supervises and leads Adult and Community Services to ensure the integrity of the work. Makes procedural changes as necessary to improve the quality of the work, meet the demand for services and improve efficiency. Confers and/or meets with Division of Aging and Adult Services and Division of Health Service Regulation representatives regularly regarding policy, compliance with regulations. | 1 | 50% | • | Conducts regular staff meetings to provide guidance and support as well as individual conferences as needed to review job performance. Evaluates workload issues and plans to ensure that agency and programmatic outcomes are met as efficiently and effectively as possible. | 2 | 20% | • | Reviews day sheets, time sheets and caseloads regularly to assure a high level of accuracy and to identify training needs. Stays informed of all policy changes and determines the impact on the work. | 3 | 20% | • | Responds to questions and concerns from the general public, DAAS, DHSR, staff and other agencies concerning adult care homes and residential placement. | 4 | 5% | • | Completes all required and recommended training. | 5 | 5% | | | | | | | |
