Ensure program compliance with Federal grant requirements such as Section 3, Davis Bacon and Environmental Review, as well as track and report data metrics and work with external/internal partners to ensure successful program outcomes. | | | | | | | | |
Essential Functions | | | Priority | % Time | • | Ensures project coordination, communication, research, and compliance to support U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) entitlement grants and programs. Supports the division through monitoring, reporting, marketing, and loan/grant administration activities. | 1 | 25% | • | Complies with HUD and other Federal regulations to evaluate environmental impacts, labor and wage requirements, Section 3, and minority business recruitment for projects using Federal funds. | 2 | 25% | • | Interprets HUD guidelines, maintains project portfolios, performs site visits, provides technical assistance, and responds to complaints. Prepares studies, reports, strategies, maps and plans pertinent to the formulation and maintenance of housing programs | 3 | 25% | • | Assists with reviewing, evaluating and enforcing development and loan agreements, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) or Requests for Proposals (RFPS).
