Essential Functions | | | Priority | % Time | • | Actively supervises, motivates, reviews and disciplines employees. | 1 | 15% | • | Ensures federal, state and county timeliness and accuracy standards are met. | 2 | 10% | • | Demonstrates and implements a thorough knowledge of Child Care Subsidy Policies and Procedures. | 3 | 25% | • | Conducts quality assurance audits of client case files on workers for completeness, accuracy, consistency and conformity.                           | 4 | 15% | • | Plans worker case loads by analyzing client requirements; reviewing service objectives. | 5 | 10% | • | Prepares program information and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. | 6 | 10% | • | Establishes and maintains relationships with other agencies and organizations in community to meet community needs and to explain and interpret program purpose and policies. | 7 | 10% | • | Collaborates with hiring manager on employee hiring process including application review, developing interview questions and conducting interviews.                                        | 8 | 5% | | | | | | | |

Additional Responsibilities | • | Attends division, agency and county meetings. | • | Completes county and program trainings, both optional and required. | • | Logs hearing requests timely. | • | Performs other duties as assigned; attends Hearings with workers as needed; acts as Hearing Officer per rotation schedule. | | | |
