Essential Functions | | | Priority | % Time | • | Supervises work of front-line employees at all WIC service locations. | 1 | 40% | • | Manages daily work flow at all sites and ensures efficient operations and productivity. | 2 | 10% | • | Provides training for staff, schedules work assignments, and conducts periodic quality assurance reviews on all staff. | 3 | 10% | • | Provides eligibility determination, benefit allocation, and program explanation to program applicants and participants at all service locations.
