They will provide regular supervision to direct service staff, orient new staff to program mission, goals, policies and procedures, coordinate site coverage, ensure that the development and implementation of service plans are consistent with program goals and of maximum benefit to clients/tenants, monitor and evaluate staff performance, coordinate support services and activities with facilities and service staff, assist in the development and modification of policies and procedures, identify problems related to resources and personnel management, oversee production of internal and external reports, oversee compliance with funders and regulators. This position requires a master's degree and significant experience in this area. This position facilitates the deepening of programs and services and supports a flexible, team-based approach to intensive case management. The supervisors of the McKinney Team, the Facilities Team, the Community Services Team and the Permanent Supportive Housing Voucher Team report to this position. | | | | | | | | |
