Essential Functions | | | Priority | % Time | • | Assists clients who visit Human Services locations. Answers policy questions and troubleshoot case issues. Assists with completion of forms and/or help clients at self-service computer stations; refer to internal and external resources as needed. | 1 | 25% | • | Submits applications and/or recertifications into NCFast; manages evidence in NCFast; maintains queues in NCFast. Processes Energy applications (some positions). | 2 | 25% | • | Maintains records in OnBase by scanning and indexing documents, maintaining work queues, and documenting case actions and communications with clients. | 3 | 25% | • | Backs up customer service and administrative staff in reception areas and performs other duties as assigned. | 4 | 15% | • | Performs administrative functions to support supervisor such as scheduling meetings, contacting clients, job candidates, checking references, and other tasks. | 5 | 10% | | | | | | | |
