Essential Functions | | | Priority | % Time | • | Reviews employee casework, determines error trends, training needs and corrective action. Develops, implements, and monitors corrective action plans as needed. Ensures federal, state, and county timeliness and accuracy standards are met. | 1 | 25% | • | Responds to client inquiries, troubleshoots case issues, handles escalations, and follows up with staff to ensure resolution | 2 | 20% | • | Attends meetings and trainings to keep abreast of all state/federal policy changes; effectively communicates with staff by conducting training and regular staff meetings. | 3 | 20% | • | Ensures staff perform the administrative duties associated with their job, including daily completion of the daysheet, submission of time sheets, timely and accurate documentation across systems (SharePoint, OnBase, NCFAST) and timely return of phone/email messages. | 4 | 15% | • | Sets direction for the team by planning to ensure programmatic outcomes are met and regularly evaluates the workload to determine if changes need to be made. | 5 | 10% | • | Holds individual conferences monthly to communicate about employee's performance; works closely with relevant team lead to coach staff and resolve problem areas. | 6 | 10% | | | | | | | |
