Essential Functions | | | Priority | % Time | • | Provides project management and/or technical assistance for special/complex projects; serves as the subject matter expert in a technical area for a variety of work groups. | 1 | 20% | • | Analyzes business processes; recommends improvements; documents procedures and evaluates effectiveness (continuous quality improvement) | 2 | 20% | • | Provides Data Analytics support throughout the Department, ensuring all data analytics needed to run the individual operations is available. Supports the Department during the budget process by standardizing data utilized for staffing analysis, workload analysis, workforce analysis, and predictive modeling. | 3 | 20% | • | Provides guidance, coaching and training to other employees in a variety of work groups | 4 | 20% | • | Provides support to the Department by leading/facilitating LEAN exercises, Subcommittees, Six Sigma, and other process improvement projects to ensure the Department is running efficiently, meeting productivity requirements, while also defining and meeting customer service level delivery goals and expectations.
