Essential Functions | | | Priority | % Time | • | Coordinates project activities to ensure the project is on schedule; maintains project calendars, creates and updates workflows, maintains project websites. Manages budgets and expenditures for projects | 1 | 20% | • | Prepares and distributes project/meeting materials, report on project and team performance, serves as point of contact for the project team, facilitates communications, delegates tasks | 2 | 15% | • | Coordinates stakeholder outreach and public engagement, conducts survey tools, and other administrative tasks | 3 | 15% | • | Leads and manages the subject matter experts, community stakeholders, development community and elected officials; Hires contractors and service providers | 4 | 15% | • | Leads conversations, communications, and projects that will have department or county-wide impact as well as impact to existing private property rights and changes to development regulations. Position(s) may perform other duties in addition to the above as assigned by management. | | *IMPORTANT* In the event of an emergency, as determined by the County Manager or designee, participation in preparedness and response operations should be expected. Employee may be required to fill a temporary assignment in a role different from standard duties, work hours and/or work location in preparation for, during and after the emergency.
