Essential Functions | | | Priority | % Time | • | Conducts recruitment assessment meetings with hiring managers on management level and hard to fill positions. Consults on effective talent acquisition strategies including job posting verbiage and posting sites. | 1 | 30% | • | Creates and posts departmental job vacancies, creates or edits applicant screening questions, monitors/maintains position open and close dates, screens and refers candidates, manages candidate status updates in applicant tracking system. | 2 | 20% | • | Proactively sources candidates through a variety of sources including: internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS), career fairs, social media and other posting sites to drive candidates to postings. Builds a proactive pipeline of candidates to supports hiring goals. | 3 | 30% | • | Delivers training to hiring managers and employees on the hiring process and how to use applicant tracking system. | 4 | 10% | • | Consults with hiring manager, departmental leadership, and central human resources on compensation for proposed salary offers. | 5 | 10% | | | | | | | |
