Essential Functions | | | Priority | % Time | • | Oversees Foster and Transfer Coordinators to ensure execution of program initiatives and appropriate animal placement. Evaluates programs and set goals. | 1 | 30% | • | Oversees Kennel & Receiving Supervisors to ensure highest standards of care and humane handling are maintained. | 2 | 25% | • | Oversees Customer Experience Supervisor and ensures compliance with all policies and procedures. Addresses any escalated customer service issues. Ensures open communication between all shelter teams. | 3 | 15% | • | Manages all hiring, onboarding activities, employee development, performance and timesheet approvals. Determines work schedules. | 4 | 10% | • | Supports Division Director to establish and implement shelter operational workflow to meet long term strategic goals and contribute to business goals for Animal Center operations. | 5 | 10% | • | Develops and implements protocols that optimize animal welfare.
