Provides support for training, continuing education and re-credentialing for all providers within the Wake County EMS System. Supports training and education including providing direct delivery of education through traditional and non-traditional methods, evaluating program effectiveness, maintaining accurate records, analyzing data and research, and assisting the Training Chiefs. Interacts and communicates, in both verbal and written form, with individuals and groups of individuals (internal and external partners, subordinates, supervisors, and citizens) from all education levels, cultural backgrounds, belief structures, and states of health. | | | | | | | | |
