Essential Functions | | | Priority | % Time | • | Coordinates with leaders within the business community, faith-based organizations, advocacy groups and others to understand what each unique population needs to hear about COVID-19, who they need to hear it from, what language or tone they need to hear it in, and how they prefer to receive it. | 1 | 25% | • | Collaborates effectively with our COVID-19 Public Health Response Unit to understand the latest developments with the virus and the vaccine, and then determines what the key messages we need to share with the community are. | 2 | 25% | • | Delivers well-written communications materials (talking points, presentations, social media posts, web content, flyers, etc.), ensuring that they are in line with CLAS standards, that target the right audience with the right message at the right time and generate the desired results. | 3 | 25% | • | Serves as co-chair and staff support to the Communications and Messaging workgroup of HealthLit4Wake. | 4 | 25% | | | | | | | |
