Essential Functions | | | Priority | % Time | • | Conceptulize, create and deliver high-quality video products across multiple channels to further the county’s communications goals, and educate, inform and motivate the target audiences. | 1 | 40% | • | Attend project kickoffs, participate in concept development, and provide direction and approvals to Communications Office video staff throughout the production process. | 2 | 20% | • | Manages production schedule for staff video producers, maintains schedules for video shoots with staff, stakeholders and partners. | 3 | 20% | • | Collaborates with Creative Director and county leadership on high-level projects and developing and enforcing county brand standards. | 4 | 5% | • | Manages direct reports general personnel needs, conduct employee performance reviews, complete required training and attend strategic planning and leadership training sessions with the Creative Services leadership team. | 5 | 5% | • | Manages and maintains licenses and subscriptions, production gear, editing workstations and studio. | 6 | 5% | • | Manages PEG funding, project budgets and invoices. | 7 | 5% | | | | | | | |
