Essential Functions | | | Priority | % Time | • | Reviews, in conjunction with BMS, all grant requests that are submitted by departments to ensure adequate set-up, monitoring and tracking, assists departments as needed with the tracking, monitoring, compliance and close-out of departmental grants. | 1 | 30% | • | Develops and maintains grant policies and procedures for post-award grant processes, including monitoring, tracking, contract monitoring, compliance, and close-out. | 2 | 20% | • | Coordinates with BMS to develop and maintain grant policies and procedures for the grant pre-award process, including evaluation, approval, and budgeting. | 3 | 10% | • | Reviews all grants on a set basis to determine if established procedures are being met. | 4 | 5% | • | Prepares the annual Schedule of Expenditures of Federal & State Awards (SEFSA) and work with external auditors to provide documentation requested on Single Audit grant requests. | 5 | 15% | • | Serves as the primary Grant Administrator for County-wide grants (FEMA-PA, CARES, ARPA). | 6 | 5% | • | Serves as the System administrator for the grant portals used by various departments for grant reporting. | 7 | 5% | • | Researches and implements a grants solution to assist with grant monitoring and reporting (ERP or outside system). | 8 | 5% | • | Serves as the County donations point of contact. | 9 | 5% | | | | | | | |
