Essential Functions | | | Priority | % Time | • | Supervision/Behavior Management/Teaching: Provide supervision to residents, teach them through positive interactions, counseling, role modeling, problem solving; teach skills i.e. coping, social and self-care skills; facilitate educational and recreational activities. | 1 | 65% | • | Medication Management: Administer daily medication as outline by doctor's orders to youth that are awaiting placement | 2 | 15% | • | Documentation & Record Keeping: Complete various forms for residents i.e. daily logs, behavior checklists, admission records, maintaining individual files, complete documentation for the program i.e. staff changeover forms, security logs, incident reports, vehicle and house maintenance logs. | 3 | 15% | • | Program Operations: Complete various types of household chores and tasks to maintain the program i.e. heavy cleaning in the YIB area, routine inspections, request services from GSA and Fleet Services for the van. | 4 | 5% | | | | | | | |
