Designs, develops and delivers training based on needs assessments. Identifies opportunities for professional development for the training team. Is recognized as an expert in the administration of the Learning Management System. Ensures training is evaluated to measure transfer of knowledge, changes in behavior, and training benefits and advises the training team on achieving training results. | | | | | | | | |
Essential Functions | | | Priority | % Time | • | Designs in-person and eLearning training in the areas of human resources, supervision, communication, customer service, coaching, and team building. Assesses and evaluates training needs, identifies learning objectives, and develops training plans and materials. | 1 | 15% | • | Delivers training sessions through in-person and eLearning sessions. Selects delivery methods to meet training objectives. | 2 | 25% | • | Assist in the development of ROI and KPI measures for the entire training program. Helps align training program to the goals and objectives of the HR strategic plan, County strategic plan and Board goals if applicable; determine gaps, assess needs, and align competencies. | 3 | 15% | • | Assists with learning management system administration, training calendar management, and communication strategy training initiatives. | 4 | 10% | • | Develops an evaluation process to prove training impact at the behavioral and results levels.
