Responsible for all contracts, records management, and customer service for the department. | | | | | | | | |
Essential Functions | | | Priority | % Time | • | Leads and ensures high quality customer service. Ensures compliance with all policies and procedures. Delegates routine tasks to ensure proper and timely response to all customer-related matters. Addresses any escalated customer service issues. | 1 | 25% | • | Develops procedures for work and protocols and interprets federal, state and local regulations. Coordinates information with Departments and outside agencies. Maintains and manages records of work performed by staff. | 2 | 25% | • | Drafts and revises a variety of contracts with service provider and other organizations, Maintains contractual records and documents. | 3 | 25% | • | Manages general human resources functions related to the program managed. Recruits, hires and evaluates employees. Develops training requirements and manages staff. | 4 | 25% | | | | | | | |
