Essential Functions | | | Priority | % Time | • | Oversees assigned business units, to include Communicable Disease, Epidemiology, Vital Records, Accreditation, and Disaster Preparedness and Response. Leads public health programs and emergency response efforts as assigned. Provides strategic leadership, program and resource management for the operation of all assigned programs. | 1 | 70% | • | Develops, plans, and implements new work procedures and practices including strategies to address emerging Public Health issues. | 2 | 10% | • | Monitors performance metrics to assure productivity goals are met, ensure there is adequate staffing and resources to meet programmatic demands. | 3 | 10% | • | Utilizes data, reports, and statistics to identify trends and programmatic need, and report those to leadership. | 4 | 10% | | | | | | | |
