Essential Functions | | | Priority | % Time | • | Processes Division of Employment Security (DES) Notice of Claims requests for information and ensures proper documentation is provided to the State within required timeframe. Inputs response in the DES Sides system and attaches all required documentation. Answers questions and inquiries from claimants and/or supervisors | 1 | 25% | • | Responds to and assists employees with standard policy and/or procedural inquiries from the employee relations mailbox and HR Connect. Triages other inquiries and/or matters that require consultation to the assigned consultant. | 2 | 40% | • | Coordinates with supervisors, (attorney if applicable) regarding unemployment hearings. Represents the County at hearings along with supervisors. | 3 | 25% | • | Prepares end of the year reports on the UEI program and responds to fraudulent unemployment claims. Process end of the year bill from Division of Employment Security for payment to Department. | 4 | 10% | | | | | | | |
